About Us

Dolores is partner and co-founder at Gard. She is a degree architect at UNC, where she also obtained a Master’s degree in Architectural and Urban Design. She has over 15 years of experience working in local and international projects, mostly in the US, leading talented and skilled teams in completing middle and large-scale designs from concept through construction drawings. Dolores’ leadership extends beyond her executive responsibilities at Gard, since she has an active role in designing and making the most of Gard team technical expertise in all phases of a project.

Federico, partner and co-founder at Gard, is a degree architect at UNC. He has over 35 years of professional experience with comprehensive knowledge in projects of a variety of types, scales and complexity. Throughout his career, Federico’s professional profile has defined towards the strategy and commercial aspects of the projects, focusing in addressing the client’s needs.

This talented young architect joined Gard as soon as she obtained her degree at UNC in 2017, and she became a key piece in the team, especially for her ability to rapidly respond with design ideas to a range of requirements. She gained experience in middle and big-scale architectural projects while progressing into a leadership role. She believes that teamwork and good communication are the keys to a successful project. With a focus on working methods based on innovation, Florencia is one of Gard’s ``young voices`` of Gard team, and it is she who leads R&D, driving Gard to the constant search for innovation.

Diego has over 10 years of experience in middle and large-scale projects, especially in DD and CD phases giving technical rigor, precision and constructability to the design of the first phases of the project. Diego was the one who succesfully led the transition to BIM at our office, and the continues to bring and implement the news of the BIM world in our studio.

Growing up surrounded by architects, Julieta became passionate about architecture at a very early age. As a student she collaborated in architectural studios, so when she got her degree, she already had gained some experience in the field. After graduating, she started to work at an outsourcing company with clients in the US, obtaining expertise and developing her BIM skills. As a very curious professional, she developed abilities in different areas of architecture over the years. She joined the Gard team in 2020 as BIM coordinator.

Maria graduated as an architect in UCC in 2015 and since then she worked in both local and international firms. Maria has been specializing in BIM for the last 6 years. As an architect, she enjoys being part of the design process in the first project phases as well as giving solution to the technical aspects. Maria joined Gard in 2021 as a BIM technician, role in which she makes sure that all of our projects are developed and delivered with the required specifications.
